OUR SERVICE

Lawagents Strata Reports provides an inspection service with regard to the books and records of

Owners Corporations, Community, Precinct and Neighbourhood Schemes

It is important for any person considering purchasing a strata property to obtain such a report. On request an inspector from our office will attend the place where the records are kept and provide a written report on matters relevant to the interests of any intending purchaser.

Insurance details,
Records of Notices and Orders,
Minute Books,
Levies and Funds Balances,
By Laws,
Title Documents
General and Historical Information which would be of interest to an intending purchaser.

OUR DELIVERY

Subject to records being available we can normally have this inspection carried out and the report faxed or delivered to you within 2 working days.
