PRICE OF REPORT

A report will be provided by Lawagents Strata Reports for an all up fee details of which can be obtained by telephoning our office on 02 9548 6677

INCLUDES

The price of a report includes the fee paid by us to the Owners Corporation to provide us with access to their records (which is generally about $28.60 per hour), fees paid to any Managing Agent for photocopies of relevant documents, GST and any other sundry expenses incurred by us in carrying out the inspection, subject to the reservation below.

RESERVATION

The above fee does not cover expenses incurred in carrying out an inspection outside the Sydney Metropolitan Area. For our purposes the SMA extends from Hornsby in the North to Wollongong in the South and Penrith in the West. If it is necessary to travel beyond this area to provide a report then an additional amount for such a request will be negotiated with the purchaser of the report prior to the inspection being carried out.

Please note that there are a few stratas which, because of their size, complexity and the resultant time involved have to be charged for at a negotiated price. These stratas are the exception.
